Hi, I’m Tamara,

I’m a new mum in my 40s and the founder of thirty40.

After nearly two decades in finance, working closely with small and medium businesses,I decided to build something I couldn’t find in the wellness aisle. Something smart, made with ingredients I actually researched, and designed for women moving into "midlife".

Why I started thirty40

What if we didn’t wait until peri-menopause or menopause to support our minds and bodies?
