Why does thirty40 dissolve when other creatine doesn't?
I use Creavitalis, a 99.9% pure creatine monohydrate made in Germany and milled specifically for dissolution. A 5g sachet fully dissolves in around 300ml of water at room temperature, which is why it disappears instead of settling at the bottom of your glass.
Does it really have no taste?
Yes. It is neutral in taste and smell, so it won't change the flavour of water, coffee, oats or whatever you mix it into.
Is it vegan?
Yes. It is also allergen free, kosher and halal certified, with no added sugar, dyes or fillers.

Using it
When should I take it?
Any time of day. Consistency matters more than timing. A lot of people take it with their morning coffee simply to build the habit.
